Meet The Coach
Adam Crick
Adam is a final-year physiotherapy student with experience in elite sporting environments, including roles within AFLW and VFL high-performance programs. His background blends clinical knowledge with real-world insight into what it takes to help athletes perform at their best.
As an endurance athlete himself, Adam has personally achieved a sub-17-minute 5km, a 1:18 half marathon, and successfully completed an IRONMAN 70.3—experiences that give him a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands of training and racing.
He’s passionate about helping everyday athletes unlock their potential through evidence-based coaching, injury prevention strategies, and tailored support that fits your lifestyle. Whether you're chasing your first finish line or aiming for a new personal best, Adam’s approach is grounded in smart, sustainable training.
